The workshop will take place in Beirut, for 5 non-consecutive days, on the 24-26-28-29 February and 1 March 2020. During which the participants will learn about different animation techniques, and animate a short sequence of their creation. 

The main trainer will be Prof. Lina Ghaibeh, an animation, illustration and comics artist living in Beirut. Lina is a full time faculty in the graphic design program, department of architecture and design, at the American University of Beirut, and is director of the Sawwaf Arabic Comics initiative at AUB. Her creative works have been part of several international, regional and local animation festivals and exhibitions. Founding the animation and digital media section of the Graphic Design program since 1993, she continues to teach courses in motion graphics, stop motion animation, Comics and illustration. Lina is an identical twin, the evil one).
