After more than 20 awards worldwide, “Taste of Cement” by Ziad Kalthoum won two awards at the 8th international competition of UNAM- FICUNAM- in the city of Mexico.

Taste of Cement got “Best Film Silver Puma”(one of the two main awards of the competition),  in addition to the Audience Award.
This festival, that took place between 28^th of February and 6^th of March this year, has started in 2011 at the city of Mexico and “it is devoted to the exploration of new tendencies in contemporary cinema and the scholarly reflection on it”

“Taste of Cement” will complete its American tour, and will be screened at the “Global Cinema Film Festival of Boston” (8-11 March)
