Taste of Cement wins the (Harrell) award for best feature documentary during its first US premiere at Camden International Film Festical (CIFF). This festival is one of the most important documentary film festivals internationally. “Taste of Cement” was chosen from around 80 films screened during this festival that took place between September 14 and 17.

“Taste of Cement” wins this award ten days after winning the Emerging International Filmmaker Award at its UK premiere in the Open City Documentary Festival in London.

This film will participate also in Astra Film Festival, the oldest film festival still running in Romania. In addition, it will participate in two different competitions at CineMigrante Argentina - Competition of the Special Section on Migration and Work and at the International Feature Films Competition.
