The selection for Bidayyat's Documentary grant 2014 for emerging Syrian and Syrian-Palestinian filmmakers has been successfully made. The independent jury - composed of three professional filmmakers -  Syrian filmmaker and producer Hala Alabdalla, Lebanese filmmaker Rania Stephan and Moroccan filmmaker Ali Essafi - had a difficult choice to make, given the creative and unique approach each single of the 35 submitted film projects.

The three jury members agreed on 9 projects in production and postrproduction to be granted Bidayyat's documentary grant 2014. To find the names of the projects and more information, follow this link:
