هذا الدليل هو نتيجة لورشة عمل أقامتها بدايات العام الماضي حول كتابة المقترحات للأفلام الوثائقية تحت إشراف المنتجة جنان داغر. حيث جاء استجابةً لطلب المشاركين في هذه الورشة وشعورهم بأن هناك حاجة لوجود مرجع نظري يقدم معلومات مفيدة حول كتابة المقترحات، مدعوماً بأمثلة توضيحية.
